Confidentiality policy

1. General

Thispolicy of personal data processing has been developed in compliance with the requirements of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006, No.152-FЗ "On personal data" and defines the procedure of processing personal data and the measures to ensure safety of the personal data in "Think bau tech" (hereinafter "the Operator").

  1. Observance of human rights and fundamental freedoms of people and citizens is the most important goal of the Operator and the condition of his activity when processing personal data, including protection of the rights to personal and family privacy.
  2. This policy of the Operator regarding processing of the personal data (hereinafter "the Policy") is applicable to all information which the Operator can get about the visitors of website

2. General concepts of the Policy

  1. Automated personal data processing means processing of personal data by means of computers.
  2. Blocking of personal data means a temporary termination of the personal data processing (except for the instances when processing is required to specify personal data).
  3. Website means a totality of graphical and information materials, computer programs and databases that provide for their accessibility on the Internet at web address
  4. Information system of personal data means totality of personal data kept in the databases and information technologies and technical means that ensure their processing.
  5. Rendering personal data anonymous means the actions which make it impossible to determine affiliation of personal data to a particular User or another personal data entity.
  6. Processing of personal data means any action (operation) or a totality of actions (operations) performed with personal data by using automated means or without use of such means, including acquisition, recording, classification, accumulation, storage, specification (updating, alteration), retrieval, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and erasure of personal data.
  7. Operator means a state authority, municipal body, a legal entity or an individual which organize and/or process personal data, independently or jointly with other parties, as well as determine the goals of personal data processing, content of personal data subject to processing and the actions (operations) performed with the personal data.
  8. Personal data means any information directly or indirectly referring to a particular website or the website determined by the User.
  9. Submission of personal data means the actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to a particular person or a certain scope of persons.
  10. Distribution of personal data means any actions aimed at disclosure of personal data to an indefinite scope of persons (transfer of personal data) or familiarization of an indefinite scope of people with personal data, including publication of personal data in mass media, its placement in the information and telecommunication networks or provision of access to personal data by any other means.
  11. Cross-border data transfer means a transfer of personal data an authority of a foreign state located in the territory of such foreign state, to a foreign individual or a foreign legal entity.
  12. Erasure of personal data means any actions which result in irrevocable destruction of personal data so that it becomes impossible to restore the content of personal data in the personal data information system and/or which result in destruction of the physical storage media

3. Operator may process the following personal data of the User

  1. Surname, first name, patronymic.
  2. E-mail address.
  3. Telephone numbers.
  4. Collection and processing of the de-identified data about visitors (including cookies) are also performed with the aid of the Internet statistics services (Yandex Metric and Google Analytic and others).
  5. The above indicated data, hereinafter "the Policies", are jointly called "Personal data".

4. Personal data processing goals

  1. The goal of processing the User's personal data is to inform the User by means of sending e-mails.
  2. The Operator is also entitled to send notifications about new products and services, special offers and various events to the User. The user can always refuse from receipt of information messages by sending a letter to the Operator's e-mail address with a mark "Waiver of notices about new products, services and special offers".
  3. De-identified data of the Users that are collected with the aid of Internet statistics services are used for collecting data on the Users' actions on the site and improvement of the site quality and its content.

5. Legal framework for personal data processing

  1. The Operator processes the User's personal data if these have been filled in and/or sent by the User independently through special forms posted on site By filling in the appropriate forms and/or by sending his/her personal data to the Operator the User consents to this Policy.
  2. The Operator processes de-identified data about the User if it is allowed in the User's browser settings (including saving cookie files and use of JavaScript technology).

6. Procedure of acquisition, storage, transfer and other kinds of personal data processing

Safety of personal data being processed by the Operator is provided for by accomplishing legal, organizational and technical means required for full and complete meeting of the requirements of the current legislation in the sphere of personal data protection.

  1. The Operator ensures preservation of personal data and implements all possible measures that exclude a possibility of accessing personal data by unauthorized persons.
  2. Under any circumstances and never the personal data of a User will be transferred to third parties, except for the instances connected with administration of the current legislation.
  3. In case of inaccuracies found in the personal data the User can correct them independently by sending the Operator a notification to the e-mail address of the Operator: with a mark "Personal data update".
  4. Personal data processing period is indefinite. The User may revoke its consent for personal data processing any time by sending the operator a notification o the e-mail address of the Operator: with a mark "Revocation of the consent to personal data processing".

7. Cross-border transfer of personal data

  1. Prior to cross-border transfer of personal data the Operator is obligated to make sure that the foreign state, in which territory it is expected to transfer the personal data, ensures reliable protection of the rights of the personal data subject.
  2. Cross-border transfer of personal data in the territories of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may be allowed provided there is a consent in writing of the personal data subject for a cross-border transfer of his/her personal data and/or execution of a contract to which a subject of personal data is a party.

8. Final provisions

  1. The User can get any clarifications on the issues of interest concerning processing of his/her personal data by applying to the Operator at e-mail address:

Collection, processing, storage and transmission of data

We warn that the data transmission via the Internet (e.g., when communicating by e-mail) may not be quite safe. It is impossible to ensure a full protection of data against the access of third parties.
